- Confirmed that vehicle did start however, battery service message was displayed. Further inspection found that battery was leaking and failed to meet rated specs. Additionally, technician checked alternator and starter condition and output- No starter issues found (excessive draw or drain present from starter). Verified alternator is not providing charging voltage to battery- Confirmed alternator connector has power and should be functioning. Possible that battery caused alternator failure or alteration overcharged and caused battery to boil and fail. Customer advised battery and alternator replacement is needed. Customer approved and based on complete vehicle inspection approved other mileage maintenance items as well.

- SOLVENT-FREE RADIATOR SUPER CLEANER IS ADDED AND CIRCULATED THROUGH THE COOLING SYSTEM TO REMOVE RUST, SCALE AND OILY RESIDUE THAT CANNOT BE REMOVED BY EXCHANGING COOLANT ALONE
- REMOVES CONTAMINANTS AND MOISTURE FROM YOUR BRAKE SYSTEM THAT CAN CAUSE BRAKE FAILURE.
