WATER PUMP CAME APART – PULLEY FELL OFF, BELT SHREDDED. *POSSIBLE ENGINE DAMAGE FROM OVERHEATING* CUSTOMER ADVISED THAT WATER PUMP AND BELT REPLACEMENT MUST BE PERFORMED PRIOR TO DETERMINING IF FURTHER ENGINE DAMAGE IS PRESENT. Confirmed proper function of AWD system and monitored all four wheels moving when needed and functioning as necessary in slip/traction loss scenarios. Confirmed that all electrical is supplying consistent and proper power/ground to rear differential. No issues with transmission/transfer case noted.
