Checked wiring and had good continuity on harness and wires from module, indicating likely failure of ECM. Removed module connections to inspect for corrosion or signs of damage- None found. Swapped knock sensors from bank 1 and bank 2 and cleared codes to determine if any codes would follow from bank 1 to bank 2- No fault codes returned. Test drove and confirmed knock sensors are still functioning as desired and check engine light remained off. Recommend continuing to drive vehicle and should check engine light return, return for re-inspection.

Upon further assessment, there was communication with all components with fault codes. Further confirmed that there are no damaged wires or faulty fuses. Removed fuse block in engine bay and found signs of corrosion and moisture damage- Confirmed fuse block / Totally Integrated Power Module is faulty and requires replacement- Customer advised and will return for repairs once module is on hand. ***ORIGINAL INSPECTION DATE & MILEAGE: 5/19/26 @ 199,166 MILES***

- Brake components were found to be in good condition with no concerns at this time. All caliper hardware and lines are in good health and operation. Found brake pads measure 7 MM front and 8 MM rear. No work needed at this time.
- CHECK A/C HOSES, LINES AND FITTINGS FOR LEAKS. CHECK DUCT TEMPERATURE, CHECK DRIVE BELT AND COMPRESSOR OPERATION. CHECK CONDENSER FOR RESTRICTIONS OR LEAKS. *Confirmed HVAC control panel operates properly and is not cause of inoperable AC. Further inspected for visual signs of failure and found compressor, belt and lines had no obvious signs of damage or leaks. Further inspection will be needed to verify actual refrigerant charge, pressures and vacuum of system and proper operation.
- Confirmed refrigerant is low- system was nearly empty. Charged system to minimum operating level and added leak detection dye. Confirmed AC compressor turns on and system operates. Inspected for immediate leaks and found none. When checking AC hoses, technician found that AC hose from compressor to condensor was very close to serpentine belt- Turned system back on and when checking hose, massive leak was found from section of hose that appears to be have been rubbed through by serpentine belt. Replacement of AC hose, recharge and reassessment is needed. Customer advised and approved repairs.
- AIR COND HOSE – Remove & Replace – Front, Compressor to Condenser – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- Evacuate, recycle, recharge, add dye and check system for leaks#### no leaks detected at this time, dye was added to system to help aid in leak detection. It is customers responsibility to contact us in a timely manner for repair before product leaks out completely. AMERICAN IMPORTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PRODUCT, AND NO WARRANTY WILL APPLY ON RECHARGING OF A/C SYSTEM UNLESS A LEAK REPAIR HAS BEEN MADE PRIOR.
