Verified there is nothing binding or defective in that system causing noise. Further inspection or steering and suspension components determined that both lower ball joints were not secure in knuckle- Because certain metals wear over time, they have allowed for play in mounting bolts. Technician also found outer tie rod end nuts were loose as well. Torqued all loose nuts to spec- Confirmed no further noise is present. Alignment check to be performed to ensure loose steering/suspension components did not compromise alignment specs.

Verified no power is getting to either bulb socket. Checked fuse and found fuse for left and right brake lights was burnt through. Replaced fuse and retested- brake light function as needed at this time. Could not get fuse to blow after replacement.
