  • Technician confirmed vehicle is below minimum ride height setting and system will not adjust based on ride height system settings. Technician scanned vehicle for fault codes and found the following; RIDE CONTROL SYSTEM FAULTS: C1A04-78- Right front ride height sensor fault, C1A03-78- Left front ride height sensor fault, C1A05-78- Left rear ride height sensor fault and C1A06-78- Right rear ride height sensor fault. Other codes present were related to transmission (P0826-62- Up & Down switch input circuit) and brakes (U0421-68- Invalid data from ride control). Technician inspected suspension system for obvious signs of damage, leaks or correlation to fault codes and found no immediate concerns. Technician cleared all codes, re calibrated suspension system and verified suspension responds to all ride height commands/changes. Test drove vehicle and confirmed no trouble lights or codes returned. Allowed vehicle to sit overnight to ensure no issues returned and vehicle ride height did not change. No change in ride height noticed when checked after sitting overnight. All other codes that were present were likely related to extended time sitting without being driven and possible loss of communication. Vehicle battery has not issues at this time. Recommend consistently driving vehicle to avoid further issues with suspension/electrical.
