- Found the check engine light was illuminated with the following codes: P00B7- Coolant flow insufficient, P0597- Coolant thermostat heater control circuit, P0599- Coolant thermostat heater control circuit high. Filled coolant system and performed visual inspection with no immediate sign of leaks. Performed pressure test and confirmed three way hose assembly was leaking and cause for overheating scenario. Replace hose assembly and retest to ensure overheating did not cause further damage to cooling system or engine assembly. Customer advised and approved repairs.
