- Both lower ball joints are very loose. Both outer tie rods have movement. Front brake rotors pulsate with brake application- Determined rear brake caliper slide pins are seized and caused front brakes to become overheated and warped. Customer advised of various issues. Customer approved replacement of both front lower control arm/ball joint assemblies to start as they are the primary safety concern. A follow-up appointment will be made to then address tie rod ends to accurate alignment can also be performed at that time. Final appointment for rear brake repairs will be made after.
