- Confirmed customer's concern. Customer brought vehicle to dealer after last service here for spark plugs, coil(s) and valve cleaning. Customer failed to mention prior to previous service that vehicle has been consuming oil, had been smoking for extended periods of time. Dealer removed oil pan and found extreme amounts of sludge build up and recommended engine replacement. We have also confirmed with the current information and inspection that engine is likely not repairable. Customer advised and declined further inspection or repairs.
