Verified that right front brake caliper pistons and slides are free and brake pads move as designed on brackets. Found left front caliper was discolored and possibly overheated. Checked and found that pistons would not compress on left front caliper. Opened bleeder valve and pistons still would not compress. Removed complete caliper and bracket assembly. No other restrictions from caliper slide pins or brake pads present. Replace left front brake caliper piston, perform caliper service on right front and retest. **Test drove vehicle after replacement of left front brake caliper. After test drive, confirmed that right front brake assembly is on average 50 degrees hotter than left front. Bleed brakes again to ensure no other underlying issues might be responsible and found adequate / normal flow of fluid between both calipers. Performed ABS modulator test via scan tool and found no immediate sign of issue. At this time, it is possible that operation is within normal range and might be related to other factors- ABS module issues, wheel bearing issues or other outside factors. Recommend follow-up inspection once vehicle is driven further.

Confirmed no output present from rear trailer harness connector. Tested wiring at rear harness and found no power/ground through any wires. Checked fuses in engine compartment and found 20 AMP fuse (location #67) was faulty. Replaced fuse and found all trailer lighting function returned. Customer advised of findings and notified that fuse may have blown due to trailer issue, moisture and/or other electrical fault but there is not current indication as to cause of fuse failure. No further inspection / repairs made at this time.

Technician installed front caliper covers and found that fitment between covers and inside of wheels has minimal clearance. Technician found that rear caliper covers are too large to fit with current wheel and tire setup. Technician did not install rear covers and customer was advised that larger diameter wheel would be needed to properly clear caliper covers. Test drove with front caliper covers installed and did not notice any noise or contact at this time however, customer advised that should any movement or flex be had in front wheel/brake components, the caliper covers might rub on wheels. No other work performed.
